Hi All,

Today's quote of the day comes from Augustine of Hippo, better known as St. Augustine, " Habit, if not resisted, soon becomes necessity." Students can apply this to building negative or positive habits. If you choose to foster a negative habit, it soon becomes a need and not a one off. Developing positive habits that become necessity, i.e. brushing your teeth daily or studying daily, soon will become a need and not a chore.
