Hi All,

Another beautiful day we had today. 25 and not a cloud in the sky, how nice!

Mr. Browning began the day again with ultimate frisbee. Students loved being outside and running up and down the playground.
After gym we moved into language. Students worked on limerick poems from their poetry booklets.
In period 3 we had science. Students worked in groups to design their own robot. We looked at the history of robots and some of their previous functions.
We enjoyed an outdoor recess and lunch with hotdogs as our hot lunch.
In the afternoon, we started with math. Grade 7s worked on their unit review, while the grade 8s completed their volume of a cylinder lesson.
In period 6, we had art. We wrapped up our impression and realism sketches. Students will add these paintings to their art duo-tangs for assessment in two weeks.
Students had soccer practice during second lunch with Mr. Browning taking them over to the park.
After lunch, Mme. Stella ended the day with French.
