Hi All!

What a beautiful day we had today!

Mr. Browning began the day with an outdoor ultimate frisbee class. Students ran around the playground tossing the frisbee from one end to the other.

After gym, we had language. Students worked on acrostic poems and presented them at the end of the period. We then moved into science. Students had time to complete their science projects and we presented them towards the end of the period. They were quite well done!
We enjoyed a sunny outdoor lunch and recess before beginning our afternoon.

We began the afternoon with math. Grade 7s corrected their homework from yesterday and began working on their reading and writing in math task. The grade 8s focused on the volume of a cylinder and were sent home with a review sheet and an algebra sheet. After math, Ms. L had the students playing their guitars. They were also given clarification on their music projects.

After another outdoor recess, Mme. Stella ended the day with French.
