Hi All,

Math Grade 9
- Today in class, we reviewed unit 3 and looked at the distributive property. Students did group work as well as independent work, focusing on Pg. 126-127 # 5 ab) and #11

Science Grade 9
- Today in science, students used their textbook and library books to research the lunar phases as wells the aurora borealis. They will be completing an assignment using their communication skills as well as their knowledge of space. Assignment due: next Thursday

Squash: What an awesome game of squash we had today! Well done Temi's team for beating my team in the offensive/ defensive game.

Math Grade 7/8
- Today in grade 7 math, the students completed their patterning and algebra unit test. In grade 8 the students completed their mid-unit review on the pythagorus theorem. After they were finished students worked on Abeka on page 4-5 working on their multiplication skills.

Grade 7/8 Science
- Today we looked at types of loads and types of bridges. We also looked at the affect symmetry and mass had on the stability of an object.
