We began our day with math. In grade 9 math they worked on using intercepts to make slopes compared to a table of values. they were spectacular, they worked silently and kept asking questions until they understood todays topic. When the class was coming to an end I assigned them homework. It was page 170, #7,9,11, and 13. The homework that is assigned is due tomorrow.
In science we continued working on our two page essay. I explained how to write a good level 4 introduction and conclusion. So for homework today I assigned, the introduction paragraph to be done due tomorrow. I have posted the pictures below.
In grade 8 we stated the new unit on the geometric shapes and we used cubes to build objects and sketch real life shapes.
The grade 7s worked on sketching cubes and real life objects. We'll done grade 7s.
In science we wrapped our presentations. The final unit test will be tomorrow, your homework is to study!
