Hi All,
Today we started our day with a fitness class in gym. Mr. Browning ran a circuit training type workout with the students!
After gym we headed up to the portable to begin the rest of our day. In language C we worked on principal parts of verbs, as well as identifying sentence types.
After language we moved into math. Grade 8s completed their unit test, while the grade 7s worked on their ONAP preparations.
After lunch and an outdoor recess, we began our afternoon with art. Students finished presenting their art projects (pictures below) and we reflected on how community service is an important aspect of our lives. We moved into literacy after we wrapped up art. In pairs students built narrative paragraphs; they chose topics and wrote a story.
We had an indoor second recess and lunch; student council met to discuss school events.
After lunch, Mme Stella ended the day with French.

- Grade 7 ONAP tomorrow morning (Data Managaement)
- Skiing Wednesday at 7am
- Grade 8 ONAP on Thursday (Patterning and Algebra)
