November 27th

Hi All,

Today in gym class we worked on our game plays in volleyball. Students were rallying to each other and working on getting three hits before sending the ball over the net.
After gym we spent time working on our novel studies and their respect summaries. In math, we completed two proportional scales on the board as a class. Students were assigned workbook work: pg. 33-39 grade 7 and pg. 26-30 grade 8
After volleyball tryouts at first lunch, we moved into history and began reading chapter 7. The chapter 6 group will be presenting on Thursday so please make sure you are prepared!
In drama, Ms. Henein gave the students their new scripts for the Christmas concert and they began working through those.
Mme. Stella ended the day with French.

Homework:
- Novel Study summary due Friday: Chapter 5-7
- Field Trip tomorrow- FULL UNIFORM required
- Spelling Test Monday
- Science Topics to be chosen on Friday

Reminders
- Casual half day tomorrow
- Report Cards go home this Friday
- Christmas Holidays begin on Dec. 21st at 11:30am
  Dec. 21st is a half day and students are to be picked up by 11:30am
