Marvellous Monday

Hi All,

Math: Today in grade 9 math, we worked on our extension tasks. Students took time reviewing their lesson plans and going over their subject material. Well done to Felipe and Shakeel who presented first today.

Science: In grade 9 science today we worked on our Food Chain Gizmo. Students explored the effects of a doubling and halved population. Homework: Complete questions 6 AB and 7

Math: In grade 7/8 math today, the students had their first lesson from the grade 9s. They learnt about rational numbers and how to multiply, divide, add and subtract these tricky numbers. Remember grade 7/8 there will be a quiz next week to see how much you've learnt!

Science: In science today, we observed our resource lab. Some students already have plants growing! Students measured their growth and took observational data on their soil texture.
