February 16th

Hi All,

Today was an exciting day! We rehearsed our speeches for Ms. Chang's class;  we will announce the semi-finalists on Tuesday. We had our basketball game in which we faced Sherwood Forest. With an excellent attitude and a valiant effort we played a good game. In Gym, we exercised our lung capacity with the "Beep Test". Well done to those who made it to the 12th round!

Reminders:
- Tomorrow is a P.D. Day, do not come to school
- Monday is Family day, the school will be closed
- Tuesday is Shrove Tuesday and we will be participating in a pancake eating contest!
- Final Oral Presentations are on Thursday at 9am

Homework:
- Spelling Test Tuesday, Unit 16
- Khan Academy, 30 minutes a day
- Speech rehearsal, memorize your speeches for Tuesday
